Delivery Options

Please note: Parcels are sent at your own risk. Our liability ends when the parcel is handed over to the courier and the tracking number is provided to the client. Deviant South will not be held liable for parcels lost, damaged or stolen in transit. We take extra care to protect fragile objects as far possible. It is the responsibility of the client to track the parcel and follow up with couriers. If you need assistance, please get in touch with us. 

Delivery F.A.Q.

Can I group my items to save on shipping?

Yes, we recommend this! If for some reason your grouped items do not fit into a courier satchel for example, we will be in touch with you and advise you the best possible alternative option based on your order size & delivery area.

 

Will I get a tracking number for the parcel?

Yes! A tracking number is provided with every delivery option mentioned below namely Fastway, Aramex, Postnet & Post Office.

 

What if I want to use my own courier service?

Yes! You are welcome to send your own courier to collect the parcel. Please note that packaging charges of R25.00 may be incurred as we have to use our own materials to label & package the goods securely, especially fragile products.

 

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes! We have recently incorporated this service, though we only keep limited stock as we have to cater for a large variety of shapes and sizes of orders. Materials which we keep on hand are gift wrap & small boxes. An optional note can be added to the item.

 

Can you ship to another recipient – e.g. gift receiver?

Yes! If you choose the gift wrap option above, you can complete the recipient details in the Delivery Address section on checkout.

Please note: We will not include an invoice if you select the gift wrap option above, but we usually include an invoice with all orders that don’t select this option. If you do not select the gift wrap option and do not want to receive an invoice in the parcel, please advise us by leaving a message on checkout.

 

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Yes! Parcels are posted via South African Post Office International Mail. Insurance is optional. If you can’t find your country upon registration, please get in touch with us.

 

 

Fastway to Door

Not all areas are covered and parcels are delivered during Mondays to Fridays.

There are two main options on checkout:
1. National (to all major city centres)
2. Local only (Port Elizabeth & surrounding areas)

Fastway - Local

Parcel Sizes: A3 Satchel or Box (up to 15kg volumetric weight)
Delivery Time: +/-2 work days

Parcel Insurance: Yes (automatically insured up to a max of R1,000.00)

Areas covered: Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage, Despatch, Colchester, Addo, Jeffrey's Bay, St Francis Bay, Patensie, Humansdorp, Grahamstown, Kenton-on-Sea, Port Alfred.

Not Covered: All other areas.

 

Aramex to Door

All areas covered, but this option is limited to A3 satchels and there is no insurance available.

Delivery will usually be by 10:30 during Mondays to Fridays only.  Outlying areas take longer for delivery.

Delivery Time: +/-2 work days (Major Cities), +/-3-5 work days (Rural Areas)

Receiver needs to be available for delivery during working hours at the address supplied.
Shipments to plots, farms and areas requiring special trips may attract additional costs.
