📦 Delivery

Q: What are your Courier Fees?

A: To streamline the shipping process, we now charge a Flat Rate of R100 per parcel for all Courier to Door parcels. 

We often have Discount- or Free Delivery- Vouchers available.
Check your Cart or the My Vouchers page for available discounts assigned to your account.

You may use FAQ24 during checkout to receive a secret discount.

Q: What Couriers do you use?

A: We reserve the right to choose which courier we use to send your parcel to you, based on the flat rate service.

After your order has been picked and packaged, we choose the best option based on the volumetric size and destination area.
We also take into account what pre-paid courier service stationary we have on hand.

We make use of a combination of the following courier to door services -
The Courier Guy (Pudo), Fastway Couriers, Aramex Couriers and Ram Couriers. 
We may change service providers without notice.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow +/-2 workdays for order processing and dispatch. 

Courier delivery may take +/-3-5 workdays, from the day that the order is dispatched. 
Outlying areas may take an additional +/-2 workdays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, please allow +/-2 workdays for any unforeseeable delivery delays.

Q: Do you offer a 'To Counter' service?

A: Yes, you may select Postnet 2 Postnet, or Paxi to Door on checkout. Paxi is cheaper but takes a lot longer.

Please remember to put a note on your order for the desired delivery branch destination. 
You may also setup your delivery address with the desired branch name and address details - this will also streamline future orders.

Q: Do you offer a 'To Locker' service?

A: Yes, you may select Pudo Locker to Locker on checkout.
Please note that you have a limited time to collect the parcel once delivered to the locker.

Please remember to put a note on your order for the desired delivery locker destination.
You may also setup your delivery address as the desired locker name and address details - this will also streamline future orders.

Q: Is there any Risk Cover? 

A: There is unfortunately no risk cover on certain items such as jewellery, and most couriers do not offer risk cover at all.
Therefore, parcels are sent at your own risk. Our responsibility and liability end when we hand over the parcel to the courier service.

Q: How do you package Fragile products?
Context: I want to buy a Funko Pop, but I'm worried that the box may arrive damaged.

A: We take extra care when packaging fragile products, including Funko Pops, and make use of bubble wrap, boxes and "FRAGILE" stickers and other packaging materials.

We however cannot accept responsibility or liability, if the parcel gets damaged during transit.

💳 Payment

Q: What payments do you accept Online?

A: For online orders, we accept EFT / Cash Deposit or transact securely with your card via PayFast.

Payment needs to be made prior to shipping your order.

Q: What payments do you accept in Store?

A: We accept Cash and Debit / Credit Cards in store.

Apologies, we do not currently accept Tap to Pay in store.

Q: Do you accept Lay-bys?

A: Yes, but only on products that we have In Stock.
We do not accept lay-bys on Special Order / On Demand products.

Lay-bys need to be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Alternatively, to get the items now and pay them off, you can also make use of the Mobicred / MoreTyme payment options via PayFast.

Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: No.

A: The product listing should provide the stock availability status.

While we do our utmost best to keep stock levels as up to date as possible, stock discrepancies may occur from time to time.
