A token of the dragon's might. 7mm metal claw faux-stretcher, with dragon's claw glass orb stretcher-head.

Faux-stretch piercing dragon claw orb, pewter stretcher ear-stud, with surgical steel ear-post.

Worn in a standard ear-post hole, but looks like a stretched piercing when in place.
