Taken from Derek Riggs' sleeve artwork of their 1983, fourth studio album, "Piece Of Mind", where Eddie is shackled inside a padded cell.

A 3D sculpted portrait pendant of the restrained Eddie's head; antiqued English pewter pendant on 21" trace chain.
